Refund Policy
REFUNDS/RETURNS/EXCHANGES ARE EASY.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept your returns and exchanges.
If your purchase isn't quite right you have 28 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return it. Please email contact@danitoma.com Items must be returned to us unused with all packaging still intact. Please note, that fragrance is a final sale and cannot be returned due to transport restrictions.
Just follow the steps below:
Provide your order number and email address.
You can choose whether you want to return or exchange your order.
Specify the item you are returning.
Provide a valid reason for return.
You will receive your prepaid return label via the portal or by email. You will also choose a credit on the website if you wish.
If you want a size change, we will make the size change without any problem.
If you want a Refund you will have 2 options:
Option 1: Pay $15.00, keep the product and receive a refund. That is, we will refund you $14.00. This will be made clear in the return policies on the website.
Option 2: Receive a $30.00 coupon and keep the product.
Our Return Policy is as follows:
You may return all products within 28 days (from the date you receive the items) of delivery for exchange or refund. The original bag and tag should be intact, not be damaged. (Kindly remind us that we cannot accept that no reason to return)
Certain items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
For the returned item(s), we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund after we have checked your return tracking number or receipt. (Note: please write the order number on the package)
We do not accept returned items that were sent back to you directly without checking with us first.
Please do not make returns directly to the address on the package received. Only send to the address that our customer service provided.
Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment that was used to place your order. Please allow 24 hours for Paypal and 7-15 business days with the credit card for your refund to appear. (if you don't have received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@danitoma.com.
The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
